Bitter Gourd fry (Kalara Bhaja).
Ingredients:
Kalara (Bitter Gourd) – 300 gm
Rasuna (Garlic) – 30 gm
Pancha Phutana( Pancha Phoran) – 1 tsp
Sukhila Lanka (Dry Chili) -2pc
Sorisha Tela (Mustard Oil) – 4 tbsp
Haladi Gunda (Turmeric Powder) – 1 tsp
Luna (Salt) – as per taste.
