Kundru Aloo ki dry sabzi | Easy &Tasty Kundru Sabzi | Tendli Gourd fry |...



Ingredients:
Kundru- 200 gm
Sliced Potato- 2 medium size
Mustard seeds- 1 tbs
Haldi Powder- 1/2 tbs
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbs
Salt as per your taste
Refined oil
Dry red chilli -2

I am preparing simple plain kundru Aloo fry. 

Method:
First wash all kundru and potato. Cut into slices.
Now Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and red dry chilli.
When mustard seeds splitter add kundru and aloo.
Cover the lid and Fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Open the lid and add salt, haldi powder and red chilli powder.
Mix it well.
Again cover the lid and let it to cook well for 2 minutes.
Now open the lid and check the aloo and kundru cook well.
Make the fry little crispy.
Now our Kundru aloo fry is ready.
Try to eat with steamed rice or paratha.

Try this super tasty and quick mouthwatering button mushroom fry at home and enjoy with pakhala or steamed rice. It is a dry and spicy recipe. Within 10 minutes you can cook this delicious recipes.

Ingredients:
Button Mushroom- 200 gm
Sliced Onion- 1 Large size
Crushed Garlic- 3-4 pieces
Mustard seeds- 1small tbs
Jeera - 1 small tbs
Green chilli as per your taste
Turmeric powder- 1 tbs
Chilli Powder- 1 tbs
Salt as per your taste
Refined oil
Chicken Masala if you need

Method:
First Wash the mushroom well.
Cut the mushroom in thin sliced.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the mushroom and fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame add little salt and haldi powder. All water dried from mushroom.
Now side the mushroom and put more little oil.
Add Mustard seeds and jeera, let it splitter.
Add crushed garlic, green chilli. Let it fry for few seconds.
Now add sliced onions and mix all mushrooms on it.
Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder, Salt as per your taste.
Cover the lid for 2 minutes in low flame.
Open the lid and fry for few seconds.
Now our Mushroom fry is ready.
Serve to your family members and friends.

ବଡି ଚୁରା( Badi Chura) is an traditional odia authentic dish. Now Summer is already on high peak, every odia basi eat the badi chura with water rice( Pakhala bhata). Now a days in dhaba and in hotel you get the authentic odia dish that is badi chura.
So let's start.



Ingredients:
Badi(Made of urad dal)- 8 pieces
Green Chilli- 2( If you need more spicy you can add more)
Fresh Corriander Leaves
Garlic- 3-4 cloves
Salt
Refined Oil

Method:
First Heat Kadhai and put the badi on it.
Add little oil then turn the badi other side with spoon and put oil.
Fry upto golden browny.
Remove from kadhai.
Take a Hamam Dasta.
First put the garlic and crushed.
Then add green chilli and corriander leaves. Crushed them.
Add Salt as per your taste.
Add fried Badi on it and mashed the badi.
Now put the badi chura in a small bowl and serve it with pakhala  bhata.

In this video , I try to prepare the most famous all time snacks and breakfast that is biri bara. All of you know that dhenkanal is famous for bara(bada). Now also there is two famous shop one is prasidha bara and bikhyata bara. Try to come dhenkanal and eat the famous bara. 

So i am going to prepare
Ingredients:
Soaked White urad dal- 2 cups
Rice Soaked- 1/2 cup
Sooji- 3/4 cup
Chopped Onion- 1 large size
Chopped Green chilli- 2 if you want more spicy you can add more.
Grated Ginger- 1 inch
Salt- As per your taste
Refined Oil for fry
Jeera- 1 small spoon
Fresh Corriander leaves
Baking powder- A liitle pinch

Method:
Make a smooth paste of Urad dal and rice which was Soaked in water.
Keep the paste in container.
Now Keep the batter for 2 hours.
Add the chopped onion, Corriander leaves, Chopped Ginger, jeera, Green chilli, Salt, Sooji and baking powder.
Mix all ingredients well.
Heat oil in a pan.
First check the oil.
Put a little bite and check the bara will come up.
Now you know your oil is ready.
Add small small bara in hot oil to fry.
Keep the flame in medium.
When one side turn browny turn other side.
Fry it for 2 minutes.
Now in this process you can fry all biri bara.
My biri bara is ready.
Try this biri bara and serve to your sweet friends and family members.
You can serve this delicious bara with Aloo curry and spicy tomato and dhania chutney.

Today we prepare delicious and yummy paneer recipes with less Ingredients. Suddenly any guest comes to your house in lunch time and you have cooked all dishes. If in your freeze paneer is available quickly cut it and make delicious paneer sabzi recipe.

Ingredients:
Paneer- 200 gms
Onion- 1 Large Size
Capsicum- 1 medium size
Fresh corriander leaves
Green chilli as per your taste
Refined Oil- 2 tbs
Tomato Sauce- 2 tbs
Chicken Masala
Chilli Powder
Salt

Method:
Fry the paneer little brown
Cut Onion and Capsicum in diced.
Chopped Green corriander leaves.
Put oil in a kadhai add green chilli.
Add diced Onion and capsicum.
Fry it in low flames.
Don't over cook.
Add Red chilli powder, Chicken masala and Salt as per your taste.
Add Tomato sauce.
Mix it well and add fry paneer on it.
No cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
Now paneer Sabzi is ready.
Now you can serve to your family and guest.
It cooks within a minutes. No need to worry.
You can eat with Steamed rice, Roti or paratha.

Ingredients: 

White matar- 100gms
Aloo - 2 small size
Kala chana- 50gms
Green Moong- 50gms
Tomato Small size-1
Onion Large size- 1
Fresh corriander leaves
Gajar- 1/2 Sliced in thin pieces
Cucumber( Khira)- Sliced in thin pieces
Green chilli- Cut into small pieces( You put of your choice)
Dhania powder- 1/2 tbs
Red chili powder- 1/2 tbs
Jeera powder- 1/2tbs
Amchur powder- 1/2 tbs
Salt- As per your taste
Black Salt- 1/2 tbs
Chat Masala- 1/2 tbs
Jhuribhaja- 3tbs
Fried Badam- 3 tbs

Method: 

First Boil White matar and aloo.
Keep Aside. Cut all vegetables.
Now take a deep bowl and Put the white matar and boiled aloo diced into small pieces.
Mix all the Ingredients.
Add Jhuri Bhaja and Badam in last.
Now add some fresh corriander leaves.
Now Spicy Chat masala is ready.
Serve to your family members.
