In which corner you live Odisha food name comes in your tongue, your mouth start watering. I am also a street food lover. So my favourite street food is onion piaji and Sambalpur idli chutney. 

In Odisha various place have various famous food item, like Dhenkanal famous for Bara, Sambalpur famous for Chaula bara, Baleswar famous for Mudhi mutton jhola, Nimapada famous for Jhili sweets, Pahala famous for rasogolla.

This piaji recipe is best for snacks item specially in evening. 
I try this in my home.
Ingredients:
Besan- 6tbs
Onion- 3 medium size( Chopped in thin slices)
Garlic- 5 cloves chopped
Green chilli- 4 chopped
Salt as per your taste
Baking powder- a pinch
Refined Oil

Method:
Mix all Ingredients in a bowl. Keep it for 10 minutes.
Heat oil, and put small dumplings of besan batter.
Fry upto little golden Brown. Don't over cook
Keep all dumpling in a plate. 
Now take a small bowl and press all dumling in small bowl. 
Now all dumpling turn like aloo tikki.
Again fry all besan fritters. Fry upto 1 minutes.
Now our Besan Badia Piaji is ready.
Serve it with spicy Green chutney, onion and mudhi(murmura).
