- Paneer (cottage cheese) 500 gms
- Tomatoes 3 medium
- Capsicum 3 medium
- Peas (boiled) 1 cup
- Onion 2 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
- Red chili powder (crushed) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green coriander as required
- Oil for cooking
Cooking Directions:
- Cut paneer in cubes and fry them lightly in a little oil till slightly golden.
- Cut onions, tomatoes and capsicum in thick strips.
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add cumin seeds to it.
- When they start crackling add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few seconds.
- Add onion, capsicum and peas to it.
- Saute for one minute and then add paneer.
- Saute for few seconds and then add tomatoes, salt and crushed chilies.
- Saute for two to three minutes.
- Pour it in a dish and garnish with sliced ginger Julienne and chopped green coriander.
- Enjoy it with lightly toasted buttered buns.
- You can also use cauliflower, carrots, potatoes and other vegetables of your choice for this recipe.
