Chilly Paneer
Ingreadients
- Paneer – 250 gm
- Capsicum – 1
- Piaja - (Onion) – 2 medium size
- Red chilies – 2
- Ada - (Ginger ) - small pieces
- Rasuna - ( Garlic ) - 3, 4 coles
- Tomato sauce - 3tbs
- Soya sauce – 2 tbs
- Chilly sauce – 2 tbs
- Corn flour Powder – 1 tbs
- Luna -( Salt ) - As per test
- Tela - ( Cocking Oil ) - 1 tbs
- Kancha Lanka -( Green Chili ) -2 No.
- Mater - (Green pea) - 100 gm
- Dhaniya Patra - ( Coriander Leave )
Preparation
- Peel the garlic ,ginger and wash it clearly.
- Then Prepare a garlic and ginger pest.
- Peel and cut the onion into thin size.
- Heat oil in a pan add green chili and the garlic, ginger pest .
- Add the thin pieces onion into it.
- Fry it when the onion change into brown in color then add tomato, soya and chili sauce into it.
- Peel the green pea and add with them.
- Fry them 4,5 minutes then remove it.
- Then cut the capsicum into small size and boiled it .
- When the capsicum half boiled then Cut the paneer cube in size .
- And add the cube size paneer with it.
- Add soya, chili , tomato sauce to cover it and alsoadd salt as per test with them.
- Then covered it in 4,5 minutes for cocked.
- Mixed one tbs corn flour powder in 3 tbs of water and add into it.
- Fry it 2,3 minutes then add coriander leaves with it .
- After that remove, and serve it.
