- Gajar ( Carrot )
- Phula kobi ( Cauliflower )
- Beat
- Matara (Green Pea)
- Been
- Chhuine

- Kakharu (Pumpkin )
- Baigana (Brinjal)
- Jeera
- Lanka gunda ( Chili powder )
- Tela (Cocking Oil)
- Luna ( Salt )
- Pancha phutana
- Dhania patra
- Haladi gunda (Turmeric Powder )
- Preparation
- First Cut all the vegetables into small Pieces then wash it .
- Crush the garlic,Onion & Ginger .Then Heat oil In a pan.
- Add all the vegetable pieces&matar then fry it .
- When It change into brown in color remove it
- Then Again Heat oil in a pan & add the pancha phutan into it.
- After it starts spluttering add crush paste of onion, garlic, ginger & tomato .
- Fry til it became brown in color.
- Then add the vegetable pieces & also add salt to test.
- Add some water& jeera then cover it .
- After 7,8 minutes remove it & add dhania patra to it.
- Then serve it .
