Kakharu Phula Bhaja ( Pumpkin Flower Fry )


  • It is a different and testy food. You can serve it with rice . To used pumpkin flower you can prepare different food like kakharu phula bhaja and kakharu phula bara. In mix vegetable curry also you can used.
  • To make kakharu phula bhaja ( Pumpkin flower fry ) we can need some ingredients.

Ingredients 
  • Kakharu Phula - ( Pumpkin Flower) - 8 No.
  • Chaula ( Rice) - 1 Cup
  • Ada - ( Ginger ) - Small Pieces 
  • Rasuna - ( Garlic ) - 5,6 Cloves
  • Kancha Lanka ( Green Chili ) - 2 No.
  • Sukhila Lanka - ( Dry Chili ) - 2 No.
  • Jeera ( Cumin ) - 1 tsp
  • Luna - ( Salt ) - As per test
  • Haladi - ( Turmeric ) - 1 tsp
  • Tela - ( Cocking oil ) - 3,4 tsp

Preparation 
  • Take a vessels of water and put rice into it up to 30 minutes.
  • Clean the  pumpkin flowers individually and remove the stem.
  • Take a vessels of water and add 1 tsp turmeric powder .
  • Put the pumpkin flower with the water up to 4,5 minutes.
  • Remove the flowers into water & keep aside.
  • Peel the garlic and ginger.
  • Take flowers, open them length wise.
  • Then grind the wet rice, ginger, garlic, green chills, dry chills, cumin , some water and make a pest.
  • Then add salt with the pest as per test.
  • Heat oil In a pan and peak one pumpkin flower .
  • Dunk the flower into the pest and fry it some times.
  • When it fry then remove it.
