Kalara Alu Bhaja


Ingredients

  • Alu (Patato)
  • Kalara (Bitter Gourd
  • Rasuna (Garlic)
  • Pancha Phutana
  • Sukhila Lanka (Dry Chili
  • Haladi Gunda (Turmeric Powder
  • Luna (Salt)
  • Tela(Cocking Oil)
Preparation

  • Cut the bitter gourd and Potatoes into thin round size.
  • Heat oil In a pan and add pancha phutan , Garlic and dry chili .
  • Fry it till the garlic changed into golden brown color.
  • Add the bitter gourd and potato cut Pisces.
  • Then add turmeric powder and salt as per test.
  • Mixed all of them and cover it to boiled 
  • After 7, 8 Minutes Remove it and fry it till it changed into golden brown color.
  • Then remove the pan and serve it
