Kalara Alu Bhaja

- Kalara (Bitter Gourd
- Rasuna (Garlic)
- Pancha Phutana
- Sukhila Lanka (Dry Chili
- Haladi Gunda (Turmeric Powder
- Luna (Salt)
- Tela(Cocking Oil)
- Cut the bitter gourd and Potatoes into thin round size.
- Heat oil In a pan and add pancha phutan , Garlic and dry chili .
- Fry it till the garlic changed into golden brown color.
- Add the bitter gourd and potato cut Pisces.
- Then add turmeric powder and salt as per test.
- Mixed all of them and cover it to boiled
- After 7, 8 Minutes Remove it and fry it till it changed into golden brown color.
- Then remove the pan and serve it
