Makka Manji Bara

                                              MAKKA MANJE BARA


           Ingredients


  • Makka (Corn)
  • Piaja (Onion)
  • Kancha Lanka (Green Chili)
  • Bhrusanga Patra 
  • Haladi Gunda (Turmeric Powder )
  • Jeera Powder 
  • Luna  (Salt)
  • Dhania Gunda 
  • Rasuna ( Garlic)
  • Dhania Patra   
  • Oil
  • Masala Gunda (Curry Powder)
       PREPARATION


  • First Cut the onion ,garlic &green chili in small Pisces
  • Then grind the onion ,garlic,green chili &corn seed .
  • Mixed the curry powder , dhania gunda, dhania patra, turmeric powder,jeera powder Bhrusanga patra &salt as per test to it.
  • Make these mixture in round shape like bara.
  • Hit oil in a pan add these shape to it.When the bara turn into brown color ,remove it
  • Then serve it .
