MAKKA MANJE BARA
Ingredients
- Makka (Corn)
- Piaja (Onion)
- Kancha Lanka (Green Chili)
- Bhrusanga Patra
- Haladi Gunda (Turmeric Powder )
- Jeera Powder
- Luna (Salt)
- Dhania Gunda
- Rasuna ( Garlic)
- Dhania Patra
- Oil
- Masala Gunda (Curry Powder)
- First Cut the onion ,garlic &green chili in small Pisces
- Then grind the onion ,garlic,green chili &corn seed .
- Mixed the curry powder , dhania gunda, dhania patra, turmeric powder,jeera powder Bhrusanga patra &salt as per test to it.
- Make these mixture in round shape like bara.
- Hit oil in a pan add these shape to it.When the bara turn into brown color ,remove it
- Then serve it .
